SEER

"SEER" is a visual disharmony showcasing the corrosiveness of past experiences that unconsciously surface into one’s current reality through embodied memory. The work depicts the body as an archive and how movement can act as a portal to retrieve memories.

This experimental short was a collaboration between the film production team and our amazing cast of dancers led by Demetris Charalambous. As a filmmaker who also competed as a dancer for ten years, this creative partnership offered the unique opportunity to re-approach dance through a lens and build an emotional story through choreography of camera and body.
